Delete your account

Ask, and your Jobluvo account and everything in it is deleted. This page says how, what goes, and how long it takes.

How to ask

If you can sign in, delete your account yourself in Settings, under Privacy. It is deleted from Jobluvo at once, and the database's backups keep a copy for up to 7 days more.

If you cannot sign in, send an email to info@jobluvo.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject line "Delete my account". Sending it from your own address is what proves the request is yours, so Jobluvo does not act on a request from another address.

What is deleted

Your account and your sign in. Your resume, the facts confirmed from it, and every resume tailored for you. The jobs you saved, skipped or applied to, and what Jobluvo kept about each application. Any paid plan is cancelled. Once done, it cannot be undone.

How long it takes

A request by email is completed within 30 days, and you receive an email confirming it. Until then you can still sign in, and you can withdraw the request by replying to the confirmation of receipt.

What stays

Nothing about you stays in the product. An application you already submitted to an employer is with that employer, and Jobluvo cannot withdraw it for you.
