Terms of service

These terms are between you and Employic L.L.C F.Z., which operates Jobluvo. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to privacy@jobluvo.com.

What Jobluvo is

Jobluvo finds jobs on employer career pages that fit the facts you confirm from your resume, tailors a resume to each one, and, where the employer's system allows it, submits the application and keeps the reply. Some of this is live today and some is being built. What the product can do is what you see in it, not what this page or the marketing site describes as coming.

Your account

You need to be 18 or over and looking for work for yourself. One account per person. You sign in with a code sent to your email address or with Google, and you are responsible for what is done from your account while you are signed in. Sign out on a shared device.

Your resume and your facts

What you upload is yours. Jobluvo reads facts from it and shows them to you, and only the facts you confirm are used. A tailored resume changes how something is said and never what is claimed. Nothing is added that is not on your profile. Jobluvo does not verify that what you confirm is true; that is yours, and an application is made in your name on your word. The places suggested in location fields come from GeoNames (geonames.org), under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.

Applications

Nothing is submitted to an employer without your action or your standing instruction. You are the applicant. Jobluvo is the tool you applied with, and whether an employer replies, interviews or hires is between you and them. Jobluvo does not promise a number of applications, replies or offers.

Plans and payment

Jobluvo has paid plans. The number of applications a plan allows is provisional while the product is measured, and the current figures are shown in the product. There is nothing to pay until you choose a plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Plan and usage. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Refunds

Each payment covers the period it was made for, so we don't offer refunds for time already paid, including unused days.

What you may not do

Use Jobluvo for anyone but yourself. Confirm facts that are not true. Send codes to addresses that are not yours. Run automated requests against the site. Copy jobs or employer content out of the product for another service.

Ending the account

You can stop using Jobluvo at any time and ask for your account to be deleted; how is on the delete account page. Jobluvo can close an account that breaks these terms, and says why.

Liability

Jobluvo is provided as it is. Employic L.L.C F.Z. is not liable for an employer's decision, for a job listing that changes or closes, or for a loss that follows from facts you confirmed. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you that cannot be removed.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. A change that matters to you is announced in the product.
